For the members of the new ‘Get Glutes’ program and PL Fitness program at the PL Fitness facility these programs are created to bring people together and promote health and wellness in a positive environment where connectivity is possible after spending many months apart from friends and family.
Dulcie Pascoe, a certified personal trainer, certified senior fitness, and certified nutritionist just launched a new total body conditioning program for women, known as ‘Get Glutes’ after receiving her qualifications from the International Sports Sciences Association.
“I really enjoy going to a class and having the support of the other women,” says Candy St. Onge, a member of the ‘Get Glutes’ program. Pascoe focused on the glute muscles when gaining her qualifications which led to the name of her program.
“I really enjoy going to a class and having the support of the other women. The class is a positive place to improve your health, Dulcie has been great and really knows her stuff.”
Along with the ‘Get Glutes’ program, Paul Loughran, the owner and a certified personal trainer at PL Fitness works with people to achieve the healthiest and happiest version of themselves as well.
Pascoe and Loughran want to spread the importance of health and wellness and its extensive impact on the mind as well, especially at this time.
The gym is looking at opening the indoor pool and sauna early in December.
